Civil Litigation and Mediation
My civil litigation practice focuses primarily on family law and on child protection matters in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. I also offer family law mediation services and this can be an excellent alternative option for a variety of reasons.
However, there is scope to deal also with other proceedings that arise both in the Superior Court of Justice and in the Ontario Small Claims Court. Consequently, the following are the areas in which I am able to add value with successful courtroom experience and to offer cost-effective litigation services:
